The villa inside is composed of a small double bedroom, a living room complete with single bed plus pull-out bed or double sofa bed, windowed space or disuse with bunk bed (possibly), kitchenette 2 burners, refrigerator, luxurious bathroom with shower and bidet, covered outdoor veranda (15 m2) equipped with SAT TV. It is equipped with air conditioning service.

The delivery of the villas is scheduled from 16:00.
On the day of departure, the villas must be vacated by 10:00.
During low season, it is possible to check out later (by 19:00) by paying an additional supplement.
Guests are allowed only if previously authorized by the Management.
Tourist tax: (to be paid on site in cash): € 2.50 June/September, per person over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 days. € 1.00 in the remaining periods (Resolution of the Municipality of Vieste N.354 of 22/11/2021)
