Restaurant Services

The cost of the Breakfast buffet is €8.00 per person per day.
The cost of the Half Board is €40.00 per person per day (Water included, other drinks are excluded).
For children aged 6 to 10 years the cost of half board is €30.00.
The cost of the Full Board is €60.00 per person per day (Water included, other drinks are excluded).
For children aged 6 to 10 years old, the cost of full board is €45.00
Children aged 0 to 5 years old only pay for meals as consumed.

Tourist Tax

Mandatory Tourist Tax (to be paid on site): € 2.50 per day per person over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 days.

Prices

The price includes water, electricity, gas, parking space and use of the swimming pool, use of SAT TV, INTERNET connection in common areas, beach service at the Pirola Beach lido, entertainment, the first supply of bed linen and towels, Air Conditioning, daily tidying of the villa and Final Cleaning.

The price DOES NOT include:

Extra cleaning and stay for animal euro 100.00

Optional extra services:

Beach Service included in the price from the 4th row onwards;

Beach Service First Row Euro 120.00 per week;

Beach Service Second/Third Row Euro 80.00 per week;

Relaxation Area with sofas and small private pool with Hydromassage Euro 500.00 per week or Euro 90.00 per day;

Bed linen (Euro 10.00 per bed per change) available on request after the first supply.

Bath linen (Euro 10.00 per person per change) available on request after the first supply.

The cost of the buffet breakfast is 12.00 euros per person per day

The cost of the half board is 40.00 euros per person per day (buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, including water). For children aged 4 to 10 years the cost of half board is 30.00 euros

The cost of the full board is 55.00 euros per person per day (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, including water). For children aged 4 to 10 years, the cost of full board is €45.00

Children under 3 years of age only pay for meals as consumed.

Stay/Vacation Insurance €50.00: provides for the full refund of the deposit paid at the time of confirmation, up to 7 days before the arrival date

Booking and Cancellation Policy

The reservation is considered valid from the moment of payment of the deposit (30% of the total amount of the stay) by bank transfer or credit card.
The payment of the deposit must be communicated by sending a copy of the payment via email.
The reservation will be effective only upon confirmation by the Management via email or telephone.
 
It is possible to book for short periods throughout the season
 
For reservations from 18 April to 27 June 2025 included:
Free cancellation up to two days before arrival.
Penalty: The customer pay the cost of the first night if canceled within two days before arrival.
 
For reservations from 28 June to 25 July inclusive and from 31 August to 06 September 2025:
Free cancellation up to five days before arrival.
Penalty: The customer pays 50% of the stay if canceled within five days before arrival.
 
For reservations from 26 July to 30 August inclusive 2025:
Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival.
Penalty: The customer pays 100% of the stay if canceled within seven days before arrival.
 
In case of refund of the deposit, 10% of the deposit amount paid will be retained for administrative costs.

Check In and Check Out

The delivery of the villas is scheduled from 16:00.

On the departure day the villas must be vacated by 10:00.

During low season it is possible to make a late check-out (by 19:00) by paying an additional supplement.

Guests are admitted only if previously authorized by the Management.
